Overall Terrible Experience
June 2, 2025The property and amenities are nice. Staff is friendly, but if you need to break your lease early they will take you for all they can. I had 4 months left on my lease and the early termination was extreme plus I had to pay for utilities for 2 months after. I was told twice after I made what I thought my final payments and they are still trying to squeeze money out of me. Management and employees need to get on the same page and say what they mean.Property Manager Responded

Best Community in Cranberry Twp.
September 1, 2022The new management team is outstanding. They are constantly walking the community and trying to make sure everything looks great. The negative review is childish, and it sounds like must have been caught doing something that they weren't supposed to be doing. Our courtyard is open to 10 pm along with the clubhouse. The pool hours are limited until 8 pm but that is a good time because it allows us that have a pool view to enjoy our balconies without a lot of noise.Review from Apartments.com
Not as it Seems
August 29, 2022Rules are rules and that’s the way it is. Understood, but this isn’t summer camp. We are all adults and we are paying a substantial amount of money to live here. This means we should be able to use common spaces after dark. Also, it means we should be able to enjoy ourselves in a controlled manner in these common spaces, which is happening. Overarching rules and poor hours of operation for amenities leads me to believe this management team is more concerned with their power over the community, ...rather than the community itself. My lease here started with the management team withholding information on a change in ownership and lying about multiple aspects of the community. It is safe to say that I will not be renewing my lease here next year and will not be recommending this community to anyone.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
The Staff
July 8, 2022My wife and i have lived here for 3 months now. The facilities are incredible and new. However the one thing that really makes the complex stand out is the staff. When you go into the office you are greeted with smiles. They know who you are. Angela and Kelsey are usually behind the desk and bend over backwards to help you out if you have an issue, or a question. If they don't have an immediate answer they will find out as quickly as possible. Alex is the Maintenance Tech and Bryan is ...grounds and cleaning they not only keep things running and clean, but as with Angela and Kelsey always have a smile and greet you!
