June 12, 2024In a great neighborhood but these apartments aren’t it. The walls are incredibly thin, which makes working from home difficult with the thumps of your upstairs neighbors simply walking, dogs barking, kids yelling. No AC offered in some units, barely any storage space, smells of wet dog and weed everywhere. Water takes forever to warm up, especially in the sinks. Be sure to really tour the unit you’re moving into & beware!Property Manager Responded

I was nervous about living in a studio at first but I love how I still have a bedroom space and it is the perfect size for me! Building is not secure
June 26, 2021I regret signing a lease. This apartment building is not safe. Theft in the mailroom is frequent. There are regular incidents in which the trash is not cleared in a timely manner and the room overflows with trash. The stair carpets are saturated in dog urine. It is a great location and that is all the good I can say about it.Property Manager Responded
July 6, 2021Thank you for making your home here at Meetinghouse, we regret that you had a negative experience with us. Your feedback will help us to enhance our level of service, and we look forward to having the opportunity to earn your trust again. Some of the most recent things we have done to make Meetinghouse a great place to call home is scheduling carpet cleanings once a month and we are urging residents to advise the office when there is a pet accident so we can address it right away. We have also installed a camera in the mail room in hopes it will be a deterrent for package theft and are currently in the process of wiring the garage and bike room for cameras to be installed this summer. Please continue to communicate with us should you see anything else that needs improvement.
