July 14th. 2026 update. Ive been living here for 1 1/2 years. Fire alarms keep going off in building #1 recently like 4 times in the last month. The pool is dirty and closed. The Key Fob to open the entry gate no longer works. The back gate with access to the river is chained up and padlocked. The same with the swimming pool area. Closed! The elevator was down for 4 days last week. No security and people just hop the fence to get in and steal packages. Halls are dirty and never cleaned even ...
though the property says they do. I would not recommend! Moving ASAP!

So far so good but we gotta figure out why the ac goes out all the time. Love the apartment and amenities. They're just found through some upgrades with spectrum that has wicks a little havoc but should be good soon

Everything is wonderful here. The only thing is the walls are so thin you really can’t do anything morning or night. You can hear when the neighbors are in their kitchen or just in their living room watching TV. We have a dog and he likes to play a certain way and it sucks because obviously he’s going to be making noises … and the neighbors will rat you out.

It’s a great community. I enjoy having a large patio area and kitchen. I do wish there were minor upgrades in the complex, such as security cameras in the hallways , and smart home capabilities

Unfortunately this year hasn’t been as great as I know it can be. Staffing levels are low, so the property isn’t fully maintained. The pool has been discolored and closed a good number of times this summer. Property management doesn’t seem to prioritize residents concerns.

The property and amenities are great. Communication from the office is lacking. Call and nobody answers or leave a message and nobody calls you back; either way the only way to talk to someone is actually walk into the office.

So far nice place to live with helpful staff. Lots of amenities included in price so much better value than nearby apartments. There are some cosmetic things that could be done inside the apartment but it was clean on move in.

Twice in a month people tried breaking into my car. Good thing I have a good alarm. Every so often I do hear gun shots about mile from my apartment.
