I moved in when they were brand new and have lived here for 10+ years. The staff is amazing in the office. The maintenance gets stuff done fast. The apartments are spacious and have lots of room and storage. I love that they have washer and dryer. I don’t have to go far to get the things I need several stores close by. The apartments are cleaned outside everyday. Very nice apartments!!

Income Restricted, but they don't tell you that until you try to tour

Nowhere on the website, listing here, or in any of their email conversations do they tell you it's income restricted housing only. They wait until you have scheduled a tour and have taken the time to go there before asking you how much you make, and telling you you don't qualify. It was a waste of time to consider it.

Renting apartment. -10 they don't deserve anything if they were negatives they deserve negatives I would never rent here don't do it

If you go to the office they say they will handle it ha ha they don’t care . Cameras don’t work so how it is safe place . Will ...

I have been at Melbourne Apartments going on 5 years. The location is ideal for shopping and local restaurants. There is a beautiful skyline out-looking my apartment and I love having my own deck to sit outside and relax on. I enjoy that full appliances are included and the modern look of the interior is very luxurious and welcoming. The management is attentive and has recently taken steps to get more community involvement within our apartment complex. I think it is a very good place to live with ...

some room for improvement such as keeping the grounds clean and enforcing the no smoking rules because a lot of people commune in the hallways/ entryways to smoke and I have filed several complaints to management with no avail.
