Great experience living here so far, amazing staff, easy move in, close to alot of shopping and commute times are very short.
Would definitely recommend these beautiful, modern, spacious townhomes.

Mel rose has beautiful units but very cheaply made. The maintenance and rent office is wayyyy in another city so if you don’t have transportation it’s a pain. Maintenance takes 3-4 to respond because they are not on the premises.

Melrose is a very peaceful neighborhood, with access to full amenities like the 24 hour gym. Pool year around. It’s also walking distance to many stores and restaurants. Maintenance is the fastest I’ve ever had at any living place.
