      This was a great place to land following a cross-country move from LA to Nashville. Personally didn't have a huge issue with noise transfer. The building + amenities were always very clean and well kept. The sauna / cold plunge seemed to be out of service regularly, which was a selling point for many. However, the management team, especially Rachel, was always very helpful and responded to service requests very quickly! I am moving for more space and access to nature as the Wedgewood Houston ...

      Great building, but the building did recently take on a new management company. Coordinating my move has been chaotic under the new management, as there doesn’t seem to be much of a plan for transition.
