For the most part its great. Friendly and understanding neighbors. However some people are inconsiderate of others. Trash gets left everywhere outside. And they speed in the parking lot.

Since I moved in my AC hasn’t worked the apartment was dirty I had to clean it had dust and spider webs everywhere just not happy about things not being properly done before move in.

Menchaca Commons has been the most average apartment I have had. Moving from my previous long-term lease by my college, I moved for work and stability. Despite paying rent on time, additional fees from utilities are often added last minute, causing intense late fees. Management is responsive and so are the maintenance team from their new system, but there is a lot lacking in their individualized community support. I did stay for an additional lease, for the soon to be total of 24 months. I do ...
look forward to moving out, but the experience was moderate at best. For the original rent price, location and experience, it'd be 4/5. additional history of tiresome fees and 3 management changes... 3/5. Consider all of your options before moving here, but dont discount it fully.

My new neighbors leave trash outside their door for days! It stinks! My neighbors upstairs are horribly loud and antagonize me on a daily basis no peace and quiet! Motorcycles get left by our doors, so i guess my review is not greatt!!! Its 10:30 pm and kids are running back and forth upstairs. The office staff do know the circumstances but as usual nothing gets done! They are friendly!

A/C is always going out, I'm on the second floor and water heater has leaked from the unit above me 3 times and now there is now mold and all they did was spray bleach! Car vandalism is so bad! happens multiple times a month. They are stealing vehicles, breaking the windows, slashing tires. If you want to be able to sleep peaceful at night this is not the place for you. The office manage will not cut you a break on rent, they refused to get over night security. They will say they do but it's just ...
a notice complaint line that only shows up when you call sometimes! Lets not forget people in the apartments are up at all times of the night and you can hear them clear as day through the walls. The gate is always broken! There are no speed bumps so cars are always speeding through the parking lot. The list could go on for days, but let's end this on a positive note the inside of the apartments are nice.
