This is a third-rate apartment building
May 31, 2024Bedbugs and spiders have been the most satisfied residents. The walls are cracked and bowed. The vents do not work. The carpets should have been replaced years ago. Water pipes burst and there is mold inside the walls. Street parking is difficult to find. There is water dripping from the ceiling in the lobby, and sometimes several buckets. They will charge you $250 per month to park on site. A local real estate investor knows even worse news about the building condition and upkeep.Property Manager Responded

August 10, 2019Walking distance to downtown which is a plus. Shared laundry room, spacious apartments and the ability to have an animal is awesome.Review from Apartments.com
