Terrible management

The landlord is never available. I have never had an inspection, you can't get ahold of them. No phone # to call in case of emergency. Front door handle fell off and it took a week to get a response. I had to hire someone to fix it myself. Takes weeks to get responses for anything. They tow cars all the time for no reason. They are rude and unavailable. The roof and deck is in terrible shape. The gutters are overflowing. awful management.

Horrible management, terrible communication, there is NO central AC in ANY unit in the regardless of what the apartment guy says. The horrid maintenance staff that never call you back or never show up - the place is actually okay, aside the horrible appliances, the neighbors are nice and its a good place for kids.
The management though makes this place a no go - you either have to drive to Aloha from Beaverton to pay rent? OR... use an unsecured website where you put your checking account ...

The nicest place for rent outside of maybe a custom home. I left my place at Menlo Gardens because I bought my own home! I do miss being able to have Celestino drop in to fix whatever needs doing though! These are great places, if you qualify you are lucky to move in.

These people off that I've been renting with them for so many years they've ruined my credit Thay took money from me it's basically I would say stolen from me after all these years they are the worst landlord the worst communication I don't know what else I can say if somebody wants trouble goes on rent from these people
