Review of Aratamert Mequon Trail Townhomes

I recently had an incredibly disappointing experience with Aratamert Mequon Trail Townhomes. Here’s a summary of the ordeal:
We scheduled a tour through Apartments website on Friday and received a confirmation email on Tuesday, assuring us that we were expected at the appointed time. However, when we called on Friday to confirm, the person we spoke with was not only unprepared but also unprofessional. She mentioned they were all busy and reluctantly offered to "try" to see us at 12:45 PM, ...
which wasn't our originally scheduled time.
Despite having received a confirmation email, it became apparent that our appointment was never entered into their system. This lack of coordination meant that had we shown up, no one would have been there to meet us. The person on the phone also started collecting information and informed us that English Bulldogs were prohibited. This was shocking since our dog weighs only 28 pounds and there is no jurisdiction where English Bulldogs are banned. This restriction seemed baseless and arbitrary.
The entire interaction was the most unprofessional I’ve ever experienced with a leasing agent. Given that we were in the market for luxury apartments, this encounter made it clear that this complex is not suitable for anyone seeking professionalism, prompt communication, and well-maintained apartments.
In retrospect, I'm relieved we didn't proceed further. After reading other reviews, it's evident that this complex does not cater to those looking for a professional and responsive management team or a clean living environment.
