Peor error
December 29, 2025El peor error fue rentar en este complejo te ofrecen piscina gimnasio áreas que no están listas con el Cueto que falta inspección, te hacen cobros que ni sabías que tenías que pagar con el cuento de que son una nueva administración lejos de sentirte cómoda es puras molestias . Bad management
August 8, 2023They will give you a broken apartment and charge you for everything they didn’t fix. The manager is rude and he won’t listen to you when try to speak to him on a matter. November 21, 2019I recently moved to Naples for work. I made the mistake of paying for my application before actually getting to tour this place because i was in a rush and it was close to work and the website made it look beautiful and the rates were decent for Naples. Night and day from online to in person. Every. Single. Building. needs so desperately to be pressure washed. Even the clubhouse where the staff works is run down. The doors on every building have destroyed and chipped paint. There are literal ...cars propped up on cinderblocks without wheels on them. TRASH IS EVERYWHERE. Cans were overflowing to the point where there was loose trash in the streets.. BY THE LEASING OFFICE. The pool that they advertise on the backdrop of their website apparently hasn't been in service for years (quite the false advertisement). Then i got into actually checking the reviews. Every single one is the same. BUGS. BED BUGS. GERMAN ROACHES. Not being able to keep maintenance staff so things never being fixed. The leasing co out of San Diego is apparently notorious for not returning deposits either. Unless you physically need a place to live, i do not recommend this one. What is wrong with this place?
July 14, 2016Do not believe the monthly pest control. It's a lie. The cable barely works. The channels have static worse than a UHF station with an antenna. Garbage is everywhere. If you are into drugs...we'll this is something thats present day and night in this location. Don't believe these prices. They are much much higher than stated. The current building management has issues with being truthful, respectful and even kindness. The tenants basically don't complain because they are scared they will ...loose residency...and most are not residents. Roaches, Fleas, Bed Bugs what more can I say. October 1, 2015Let me first say that it doesn't look bad. You get there, and there's a big, well-lit office. As usual in Naples land management companies, the employees ignore you or are shuffling through paperwork, and it's always a wait - but that's no big deal in the grand scheme of things. Note, they force you to buy $60/mo cable, whether you want it or not. Non-negotiable. Next, we tried to get a 9 month lease (students). They said they do 9 month leases, but tack on another $50/mo. No big deal. ...However, "9" for them means "11" - I'm not sure how they get to that - so that you ultimately are required to make 11 full monthly payments, including the extra $50. Again, funny math goes on there... We ended up getting saved by another rental elsewhere. I know others who live there who had a shooting nearby while they were there, twice.
