May 14, 2025What an experience! From the time you enter the community is very impressive! The grounds are well manicured, and spacious! The office staff is friendly, helpful and everything you would expect for students going through the leasing process. The clubhouse is top notch, tons of amenities, from the café, to the game room, study rooms, computer area and work out gym. Outside offers pool, hot tub, lots of gathering areas, BBQ's, volleyball and more. There is a bus, offered only for this complex ...direct to the university, bike racks, community events, soo much to list! This is everything a student would want and the type of social interaction this generation needs! Not to mention the apartments are perfect, high end, and have options depending on each persons needs. The list of so many unlimited amenities is overly generous for the price of these apartments!Property Manager Responded

February 12, 2025I recently moved into Merced station and have had a fantastic experience so far. The apartment itself is spacious, modern, cozy, and well-maintained and the layout is perfect for students. One of the best things about this place is the closeness to UC Merced. The management and maintenance team are easy to talk to. Whenever I’ve had a request, they’ve addressed it promptly and professionally. It really makes a difference to live in a place where the staff cares about residents. The location is ...another huge plus! February 11, 2025I have enjoyed living here for the past year, very nice place for students to live, study, and workout. As a student the shuttle here has been very useful to get to the UC Merced Campus. The staff are friendly and issues are resolved quickly .Property Manager Responded
