Horrible Laundry Facility
July 2, 2023Only 2 of the 15 dryers work. People hog the 2 that work, will take hours to get dry clothes or be stuck with wet clothes. Management does nothing about it, it's been over a year with no improvement. Would not recommend coming here.Review from Apartments.com

The Good & The Bad
June 1, 2020I have lived in this building for 3 years (same apartment- studio loft on the 4th floor). PROS: extremely close to the train station (less than a 5 min walk); safe area to live in; less than 1 mile to Target, Walmart, Starbucks, ShopRite, Marshall's, Old Navy & lots of other stores; spacious apartments; updated amenities in apartment; huge bathrooms; parking garage under the complex; very clean common areas; friendly cleaning & maintenance staff; pet friendly. CONS: walls between apartments are ...SUPER thin (I can hear my neighbors when they're on the phone or when their newborn baby is crying); leasing office/management tend to give the run around when you have a question regarding anything; dryers in the laundry room are ALWAYS broken; certain floors smell like weed; package room is not super secure & they just started a new package room rule (if you don't get your package within 24 hours, they put it by the trash room to make room for the newer packages); not all windows have screens (mine didn't- after I was told I would get them- so I can't open my windows in the summer for fresh air or bugs will get it); window blinds don't go up (they only open or close); we live very close to the fire house so everytime they need to leave, you will hear the sirens very loudly. Since I lived here (3 years) there have been 3-4 different leasing managers & communication between them aren't good. Example: if you were working on an issue with one manager and went to get an update from the new manager, they had no idea what you were talking about. Overall, its not a bad apartment complex; perfect if you work in the city; not perfect if you want peace & quiet when you come home. Love it!
December 31, 2019I highly recommend this place. Close to train station which makes easy commute to NYC and Newark Airport. Located in the Center of Linden where all you need is to walk to or short drive to Walmart, ShopRite, AMC, to name a few. Pet friendly and safe. Maintenance crew are very PROFESSIONAL very FRIENDLY, very RESPECTFUL. They are always willing to assist at any given time. They are always cleaning the unfortunate mess that Tenants leave behind. Laundry mat on-site, but machine that refills your ...laundry card only takes $5, $10 and $20, so if you have only single dollars you are better going off site.
