Don’t waste your money
August 21, 2023Size of the apartments and amenities are not worth the price. Management also does not make tenants safety or concerns a priority. Too many new, nicer luxury apartments in Hackensack to waste time and money at the Meridia on Main.Review from Apartments.com
With all of the new high-rises in Hackensack, do your self a favor and DO NOT RENT HERE!
October 23, 20201. Take your phone charger with you because many of the outlets are poorly installed and you’ll have to force the charger in. Focus on the bathroom and kitchen. 2. Open the refrigerator door all the way and pretend you’re putting groceries in the bottom drawer. Oh wait, you can’t open the refrigerator door passed 180 degrees. The bottom drawers don’t come out all the way. 3. Take a walk on at least two floors. You’ll be able to hear everyone’s conversation. Don’t worry, we can hear everyone in ...the hallway. Yes, even the super who is constantly fixing damages and vacuuming can be heard during WORK CONFERENCE CALLS. This building is very cheaply made, YOU WILL NOT HAVE ANY PRIVACY! 4. To piggy back off of #3, I can hear a baby crying from my bedroom. I do not have any kids, and none of my direct neighbors (left or right) have children. WHY can I hear a crying baby!? Also, if you live on any floor besides the 4th, you will hear your neighbor above you - it sounds like someone’s attached cinderblocks to their feet and are running up and down their apt. Multiple (three i’m aware of) neighbors have complained they hear the floor above, as if they have the Brady bunch living there.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
