They are horrible and lie
November 14, 2020The first time I was interested in living at Meridia , I asked for a 2 bed room apartment and was offered a 1 bedroom with a small office but Michelle said it was a 2 bedroom apartment so she lied. I was about to sign the lease but last minute , they told us they couldn't add a door -_- the application fees we spent were in vain , they took $225 I vowed not to see their apartments again but my husband, being optimistic, scheduled a viewing this month since we are due to move. The apartment ...Nisha showed us was amazing but she rented it out while our application was pending. I hate Meridia. February 12, 2019Management is the worst. They lie, lie and some more lie. They try to screw current tenants. Instead of trying to retain current tenants and give at least the same offer as they give out to new tenants, they take off offers and also come up with rules just to make them leave. Natasha is the manager and she is always ready to make up rules not written in lease or applied anywhere in the world. She lies to most tenants. No professionalism, unethical move out practices.
December 17, 2018Poor management. No clarification of move out procedures. Office is not open on weekends and if your end of lease falls on a Friday, you are charged separately for the weekend until they can reopen on Monday according to their convenience to accept your key--without telling you beforehand that this is their scheme. Unethical management. Very disappointed. This is how we were treated after three years of tenancy and never being late or being anything but great tenants.Review from Apartments.com
Excellent Location
December 11, 2017I had a great experience visiting Meridia Park Avenue. The manager Natasha was so friendly and helful and answered all the questions my husband and I had. The location and amenities, especially the parking work great for me and my family. They currently have no vacancies fit for us but we were placed on a waiting list and look forward to hearing from them soon. Don't live here if you want your security deposit back!
June 12, 2017My husband and I have lived there for a year and left 2 month ago. We are still waiting to get our security deposit back even tho it is stated in the lease that we should get it back within a month from moving out day and the apartment was left in perfect conditions and clean. We have called several times, left messages with an assistant who doesn't know what is going on, waiting to get a call back from the manager but no response.Review from Apartments.com
No Management
April 9, 2016I can say that I loved Meridia when I first moved in, but as I got settled and needed some help, the management was non-existent. Don't get that confused with the superintendent. The live-in super Mario is amazing, but every day there is a new policy out that makes it so he can not help you with what you need. It makes taking care of things take much longer than necessary. I still think Meridia is in good shape if they get a permanent property manager in place who is attentive.Review from Apartments.com
