December 1, 2025Appliances I was promised matching appliances( stove and fridge) and that has not happened in 4 years. A replacement was finally brought over. I cleaned out my fridge, but new fridge didn't fit. Why didn't they measure ahead of time. The process resulted in my carpet getting dirty (which I had to clean). August 19, 2025Maintenance isn’t the best and it’s pretty expensive for being really small apartments. I’ve been without a dryer for over a week now and there is no ETA on when that will be resolved. There was a leak in my apartment for days before that was finally resolved. And apparently having the AC go out doesn’t constitute as a “maintenance emergency,” despite our inside temp matching the outside temp. The property is pretty and I like the pool.
