Amazing place to live!
February 10, 2025I absolutely love living here! The community is beautifully landscaped with walking trails, green spaces, and scenic views that make every day feel peaceful. The atmosphere is welcoming, and the neighbors are friendly. Plus, the amenities are top-notch, making it the perfect place to relax and unwind. My dog is so welcomed and loves the dog park and resident events set up just for her. The leasing staff makes you feel like family and the maintenance is so thorough and friendly. Overpriced, noisy, low-class neighbors
February 1, 2025Given the cost of rent, I expected more from this property. On move-in day the second-floor toilet overflowed. Even the first-floor toilet has a weird, unremovable stain that looks like poop is in the bowl. Moreover, our neighbors have a bunch of children, so you can hear them banging and yelling and screaming. This isn't a comfortable place to live if you enjoy quiet and respectable neighbors who recognize they share walls with others. We wish we had known about the low-class, unfriendly ...neighbors and noise before we signed a lease here. Some positives: the office and maintenance staff are professional. We usually have issues addressed by maintenance within a reasonable fashion. We hate that we signed a lease after they were giving a free month rental special. This special wasn't offered to use even after dealing with shiftless, low-class, noisy neighbors.Property Manager Responded
