    The rental rates are excessively high for a property marketed as “luxury,” yet the level of quality and service does not reflect that designation. Property maintenance is consistently poor, and long-term residents who cause no issues are often overlooked and not properly taken care of. There appears to be little control over who is allowed on the property, with frequent and ongoing access granted to individuals without regard to community standards. Additionally, property management has been ...
    ineffective when residents bring forward concerns, as issues are routinely dismissed or left unresolved rather than addressed appropriately. It is also concerning that competent and professional leasing consultants are not retained. Any time a strong leasing consultant is hired, they seem to be the first to leave. We have been unable to maintain consistent, reliable staff.

    Excellent amenities, fantastic neighbors, and the office staff is amazing! We love it here. Events happening at least 3 times per month. Our friends and family are welcome too. Plus anything you could possibly need, food, shopping, a park, doctors and even a hospital are all within one mile away. 5 Stars for a reason!

    We moved in 4 months ago.Living here has been enjoyable. For apartment living it has been quiet. Because the stairways are open , when someone slams their door no matter what floor they are on you can hear it. Thankfully most times this occurs before 11 pm. The office staff and the maintainance crew are all very nice and seem to be happy in their work. Their happiness overflows to the residents. The staff plan community activities each month. Bingo and Paint 'n sip nights among our favorites.
