Under handed and dishonest
November 15, 2022In October 2022 Meridian Pointe offered me a 4 and a 1/2 month lease knowing that just a couple weeks after my signing the lease they were going to give me a 120 day notice to vacate so they can remodel my apartment. It is absolutely underhanded and dishonest of them to have not shared this information with me prior to offering the lease. I should have been able to make an informed decision whether to sign the lease extension or go month to month. Their dishonesty stole my ability to be flexible ...in finding a new home. Mold
November 11, 2020They are re doing the outsides and they are trying to cover up the fact that there is black mold everywhere and there’s no parking anywhere cause of the construction. And only one plug in my kitchen works. Would NEVER recommend this place to anyoneProperty Manager Responded

It’s not even a debate... MOVE HERE!!
August 20, 2020Buckle up this is gonna be a long one..... (Well worth it if you value detailed feedback) First off I’ll start with saying my girlfriend and I LOVE it here, from the front office to the maintenance team. There have been hiccups, but honestly what place is perfect? I was relocated for work and new to the area and both me and my girlfriend have had so much going on. The front office gals/maintenance team have really stepped up with any issues that arise and are extremely polite, respectful, ...and overall provide a friendly and professional environment for tenants that is not in abundance/HIGHLY sought after these days. We are eternally grateful for Shawna, Kaylee, and Jaz, who have been beyond polite, professional, and helpful with some problems that have came up in the apartment. They have helped ease some of the moving stress we all know too well. I’m sure as other problems come up they will continue to be prompt and professional like always. Thanks again to all of you, and also the maintenance team. BAD REVIEWS EXPLAINED: After being situated for a few weeks I learned the current management team just recently took over this property earlier in the year. From what I’ve grabbed from long time tenants is that the old management team was a absolute disaster. This apartment complex was ran very poorly for awhile apparently. These ladies have a lot on their plate, this a BIG complex BUT they are doing everything they can to make things right and make this place a wonderful community. For every 1 of my problems I’m sure there’s 2 or 3 like me (like I said, big place, was ran poorly beforehand) so I understand if they can’t always be reached or take a day or two to reply. Not Move-In-Ready
August 31, 2019As a new resident we are unimpressed. Apt is not move in ready and we were never brought to the unit before hand to verify this. There is grime all along our bathroom floor corners. Stains on our living room carpet. Our sink leaks all over the counter and leaked all over the under cupboards and onto my makeup/hair care products/straightener, after about 5 min of the shower being on the water suddenly stops, the plug to take a bath does not function properly, our light to our storage is burnt out, ...one of our mail keys doesn't work, one of our clickers to open the gate was not functioning (fixed), and our ceiling fan shook so bad I was afraid of it falling (fixed), and don't get me started of how difficult management was about us having a moving truck drop our things off. After asking the night before for approval, our moving truck was denied entrance (even though we were made to take out a $100,000 renters insurance policy in case of accidents) so we had to unload our belongings on the side of the main road on Valley Ave. We just got our things on Wednesday and have boxes still to be unpacked. I don't want maintenance people entering my living space while we are unpacking. I would have been a lot happier and might not have written this bad review had this complex had our apt move-in-ready.Property Manager Responded

failing policies, lazy office staff
August 27, 2019There used to be a rule that cars could not be parked for so many days, and office staff would put stickers on the car windows, and even tow if the car was still not moved. They have stopped enforcing this so now theres a bunch of broken down old cars throughout the parking lot. I've even called in one broken down van that's been parked next to my apartment for the last 3 months with no movement. Each time I've called the office about this car, they say they will place a sticker on it. But it has ...been another 2 weeks and they have yet to do so. It's frustrating living here over the years and watching it turn to trash.Property Manager Responded

Do not move here

poor management, invasion of privacy
November 4, 2017I have over here for two years now. I'm not sure if the management has changed over the last 6 months but the overall quality has declined. I have come home twice now to notes from maintenance noting that I did not need repairs-- because I never asked for maintenance! They entered the wrong apartment both times! When I told the office workers they laughed instead of apologizing and making steps to ensure it doesn't happen again. It makes it very hard to enjoy being home when I keep thinking ...maintenance could walk in at any moment. Also, last week a step literally broke in half and has yet to be replaced. September 29, 2016If you like your car being broken into because the gates around here aren't always closed,This is for you! Homeless people and drug addict play zone. Your toilets will always be running so when they flood your apartment multiple times like mine, don't worry you have renters insurance! Yay! Don't like being hassled by the office people? Don't worry they won't bother to call you anyways. If you're a handy man and like fixing things yourself this is the place! Dont call the office God for bid they ...actually have to work. And by work I mean give you an attitude and tell you "take a number, it's not a priority" SAVE YOUR MONEY AND YOUR TIME! PLEASE! Poor service
May 10, 2016I was looking at an apartment at this location and was about to sign a lease when I had noticed that the move in date was not the one that was discussed. I contacted the leasing office to be told that they couldn't hold the apartment until later in the month. Personally 14 day isn't that long to hold an apartment. The staff seemed to be trying to rush me into the lease rather than to let me make the decisions. I wouldn't recommend contacting this location if you want to move on your terms.Review from Apartments.com
