Meridian is a great place to call home
November 4, 2025I lived at Meridian Apartments for nine years. It was truly a great place for me. I loved the area and restaurants and stores are all conveniently located nearby. Parking was easy and snow removal was always prompt. Any maintenance requests were entered online and responded to quickly. The pool was always cleaned and well maintained. I used the walking trail around the apartment often. Lily was always quick to answer the phone or greet me when I came to the office. She went out of her way to ...acknowledge everyone by name, which I appreciate. You were not just a renter, but someone who mattered. The only complaint I could think of was that Lisburn Road has become busy over the nine years that I lived there, due to development, but that is not the fault of Meridian. I wish I could have picked my apartment up and moved it with me, when I left the area. I would definitely return to Meridian when I come back to the West Shore to live.Property Manager Responded

May 13, 2025Water damage throughout the 1st floor of our house; and subsequent repair forced us to find an apartment ASAP for at least a 3-month stay. Meridian had the ONE furnished apartment we could find in the area. The staff here could NOT have been more helpful in every possible way!! Noise / low quality standards
February 8, 2025I've never written a review for anything in my life but based on my experience up to this point it seemed appropriate...I recently moved in and Im located in the back of the complex which has train tracks...This was initially downplayed prior to signing a lease..Now that I'm here the noise is significant and the road noise is also significantly loud as well...The washer/dryer happened to be unusually loud as well...The fixtures for the bathroom mirrors are rusted and the shower curtain rods are ...loose and seem like they could fall at any point...Maybe shame on me for having higher expectations but I did expect more based on the price point...Would not recommend..Property Manager Responded

The Best on the West Shore
November 4, 2024I have lived in this community for a little over 3 years and made the right choice. I looked at a few others in this area, and I’m glad I picked this one! When I walked in to look at Meridian I was greeted by Lilly at the front desk, then the manager Andrea showed me an apartment and showed me around the complex. They both are very warm ladies and will try and help you with just general questions or if you have a problem in your apartment or on the grounds. If something goes wrong in your ...apartment and a maintenance request is sent to the portal it isn’t long til your problem is taken care of thanks to Chris and Ryan. The whole team makes you feel at home and the neighbors are friendly. There are social events several times a year in the clubhouse and it’s available for tenants to use. There is an exercise room , copier and office space, and a very nice pool for swimming or just relaxing. I have no intention of moving from here as I do feel at “home”.Property Manager Responded

Great Place to Live
January 11, 2024I recently moved into Meridian West. My wife passed away in 2021 and I was looking to downsize. At first, I was apprehensive about the move but everything was seamless. Andrea and Lilli are so kind an helpful, they made the change very easy for me. As for the apartment, I absolutely love it! The amenities are terrific, and I have everything that I need. When I moved in, the apartment looked brand new. It is very quiet, I never hear my neighbors. There is a walking path on property that I really ...enjoy. Long time meridian resident
July 13, 2023I'm a deaf long time resident of Meridian. I've been with them since 2013, which is just after all the first constructions started. The Merdian Community is a safe and secure community. People care about each other here. We're all looking after each other. Some of my neighbors got concerned for me when I ended up in the hospital and gave me a grand welcome home. The landlords care about people who rent here. Maintenance does there job and makes sure everything works right the first time after ...repairs are done. Come to this community.
