September 6, 2023 - Review from Apartments.comBe prepared to pay anywhere from $75-$130 more per month on your energy bill due to outdated appliances. I raised my concerns with the management, but got generic dodging the question responses. For context my energy bill has been over $170 over the summer and as high as $193 for a 770 sq foot apartment! This is more some months than a coworker who has a 3,100 sq foot house with a family. I am very frugal with my electricity yet somehow I am paying double what a friend of mine pays for a newer ...built comparable complex. In synopsis I would add at least $100 to whatever rent price they quote you when evaluating prices against other apartments.Read More

March 15, 2023 - Review from Apartments.comI just moved in over the weekend, and when I got into my apartment, I was applaud at how disgusting it was. Solid food on floor, hairs all over the sink and bathtub, cobwebs and dust everywhere, handles had white residue on them. I could go on, but it was bad. I had 6 friends and family members spend 2 hours on their hands and knees cleaning my place before I could even move stuff in. I expect some type of reimbursement or a meeting with intention from management.

Free valet trash and in-unit washer/dryer are extremely useful and great to have. High ceilings and large windows allow for a very comfortable, well lit and generally positive feeling apartment.
