Outdated Appliances
September 6, 2023Be prepared to pay anywhere from $75-$130 more per month on your energy bill due to outdated appliances. I raised my concerns with the management, but got generic dodging the question responses. For context my energy bill has been over $170 over the summer and as high as $193 for a 770 sq foot apartment! This is more some months than a coworker who has a 3,100 sq foot house with a family. I am very frugal with my electricity yet somehow I am paying double what a friend of mine pays for a newer ...built comparable complex. March 15, 2023I just moved in over the weekend, and when I got into my apartment, I was applaud at how disgusting it was. Solid food on floor, hairs all over the sink and bathtub, cobwebs and dust everywhere, handles had white residue on them. I could go on, but it was bad. I had 6 friends and family members spend 2 hours on their hands and knees cleaning my place before I could even move stuff in. I expect some type of reimbursement or a meeting with intention from management.Review from Apartments.com
