August 11, 2025Meridian is great! Everything is high end and the staff are very friendly. Nice clean pool with a large deck for sunbathing. The gym is nice and always clean, and plenty of space for walks. Also love the bonus amenities like a movie theater room, red light therapy room, and common area with tabletop shuffleboard all for free! August 2, 2025So far, living in Meridian has been peaceful and seamless. The building is unkept on a regular basis, (while slow responsive to y requests) maintenance is friendly and efficient when they finally show up. The amenities are well kept. Great availability and quick answers have made everything a breeze and they couldn’t be better at what they do!! The apartments are high end and very comfortable to live in. March 23, 2025I really love my apartment space. Don’t love that I got a warning for my dogs barking but I can hear my upstairs neighbor every second of every day. Also don’t love the lack of parking spaces & garages. There are more units than parking spaces & garages available within a reasonable walking distance. Nice amenities and the maintenance staff is very nice & does a good job. Some of the property management treats people like micromanagers. It’s not perfect like any place but it’s decent and clean. ...As long as they stop raising the rent for current tenants while still leasing the same unit layouts to new people for less, then they can build a community.Property Manager Responded
