March 23, 2025I really love my apartment space. Don’t love that I got a warning for my dogs barking but I can hear my upstairs neighbor every second of every day. Also don’t love the lack of parking spaces & garages. There are more units than parking spaces & garages available within a reasonable walking distance. Nice amenities and the maintenance staff is very nice & does a good job. Some of the property management treats people like micromanagers. It’s not perfect like any place but it’s decent and clean. ...As long as they stop raising the rent for current tenants while still leasing the same unit layouts to new people for less, then they can build a community.Property Manager Responded
