August 26, 2023Don’t waste your time moving here…Horrible management. People that reside here have untrained dogs. Problematic people surround you. Vehicles getting stolen. Management does NOTHING about any of the issues here. All they care about is money. Rent increases every month and they can’t provide you with an answer as to why your rent has gone up. Biggest mistake moving here.Property Manager Responded

Worse decision moving here.
December 18, 2022If I could give this place a 0 rating, I would. Living here was terrible! Its loud, even after hours. You’ll have to park in front of another building and walk to your building because parking is always a problem. Visitors park in the residential parking and get away with it, although there are signs everywhere stating non-residents’ vehicles will be towed if they’re parked in the residential parking area. If you want reserved parking, you have to pay extra and it’s not cheap. Even if you have a ...reserved parking spot there are random people that’ll park in it. Management does nothing about this issue. The pool area is atrocious and during the summer it’s filled with non- residents that take over the entire pool area and leave it in a mess. Anything suspicious that’s brought to managements attention will more than likely not get addressed and resolved. They’ll just tell you to call the police. Rent will randomly go up and when addressed they’ll either tell you it was a mistake on their end and fix it or more than likely make up an excuse. If you ask for a breakdown of charges they won’t give it to you. A lot of rules are broken here and if you bring anything to corporates attention, management will do what they have to in order to cover everything up.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com

August 9, 2015I just signed a new one year lease--I love it here! The Avalon Stratford staff are friendly, personable, helpful. The maintenance crew is professional, skilled, clean. The landscaping is beautiful, well-maintained. The neighbors are friendly and quiet. The amenities (gym, pool, grill areas) are always in great condition. Moving here in August 2014 was one of the best decisions I ever made.Review from Apartments.com
