Since Woodwork has purchased Merion Terrace things have been horrible. Stolen packages from a locked package room
. Being advised that we can not review cameras without acquiring a police report. Which is silly everytime something is stolen . And yes, it happens often. horrible mice and bug infestation. I have sent almost 7 request within a 6 day period for two separate issues with no response or call back yet. Prior to this, I’ve only ever contacted maintenance twice in all of the time I’ve been here. The two previous times I’ve gotten a response and resolution within 24hrs. New management has worsened the experience . I’ve noticed so many poor changes and differences since. Not worth it. There are better places in this price range. Ones that aren’t dated and bug ridden. Answers the phone and reply to calls after taking your money. There is so much I could say, truly. Also, they added utilities a couple yrs back. They are unable to tell what you use specifically, so expect to pay 3 times what you paid previous months, at random. I live alone and my utilities are almost two to three times more than before, even when I intentionally use less. They are literally guessing what you owe and taxing it to your rent every month . Beware!
