Great Place to Live
June 11, 2020This apartment was fantastic for the four years I lived there. I'm only relocating due to a different job but had to share what a great experience I had. Management is kind and prompt with any requests, questions or maintenance that needs to be done. Safe area and great neighbors. The units are very quiet, clean and bright. It's a great location, easy to walk to Suburban Square and close to a very nice neighborhood. Can't say enough good things about living at Merioneth.Review from Apartments.com

February 5, 2020I have a spacious one bedroom apartment on Montgomery Avenue with the amenities that are important for my needs including: washer/dryer, garbage disposal, pet friendly environment and privacy. I have received prompt responses as needed for any maintenance issues with excellent service and follow-up. There is a friendly mix of neighbors, both young professionals and older tenants.
