Management is kind and prompt with any requests, questions or maintenance that needs to be done. Safe area and great neighbors. The units are very quiet, clean and bright. It's a great location, easy to walk to Suburban Square and close to a very nice neighborhood. Can't say enough good things about living at Merioneth.

Service requests are acknowledged and handled quickly. Tenants are friendly and parking is accessible in back of building. Being close to Suburban Square and train is helpful too!

I have received prompt responses as needed for any maintenance issues with excellent service and follow-up. There is a friendly mix of neighbors, both young professionals and older tenants.
