July 8, 2025I have lived in many apartments and have never really had this issue before, but I can hear everything the people above me are doing. I hear them stomping around all day long. It never stops. I work from home and it is very frustrating. Also my guest room smells like weed because the person in the unit next to me is smoking.Property Manager Responded

Be prepared to park outside of the apartment complex and down the street
December 10, 2024Please be advised that towing will begin tonight for any vehicle that is not registered as a visitor or resident. Any such vehicle will be towed at your expense, and no reimbursement will be provided by the office under any circumstances. *Additional parking for overflow is located on Summit, this is parallel parking along the street. Keep in mind this overflow parking is at least half a mile from the apartments. Bait and switch
August 24, 2024Got our keys today and the “new” apartment we signed for months ago is trashed. Hair and cigarette butts all over the apartment. When we complained about the condition, we were offered a different apartment for more money! We have nowhere to stay tonight if we don’t move in and this place is filthy.
