I have lived in many apartments and have never really had this issue before, but I can hear everything the people above me are doing. I hear them stomping around all day long. It never stops. Got our keys today and the “new” apartment we signed for months ago is trashed. Hair and cigarette butts all over the apartment. When we complained about the condition, we were offered a different apartment for more money! We have nowhere to stay tonight if we don’t move in and this place is filthy. Unbelievable
