Bad management
May 11, 2025Frequent fire alarms. Incompetent management. Kept the entire deposit and attempted to charge more money over a month after moving out (both of which are illegal). They signed me up for renters insurance despite providing proof of insurance in a timely manner. Since I didn’t sign myself up, I was not able to cancel the policy and the front desk lady was completely useless despite saying she’d take care of it the 10+ times I reminded her. Maintenance would not fix anything unless you explained why ...it was a problem to them (eg AC unit leaking and we will not pay for repairs since we are doing our due diligence of informing of the problem).Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
