Headache, better to avoid
February 5, 2025Although i like the neighborhood, we started by mega noise from neighbors kids at midnight times for a complete six months, ending up with another headache and noise from the management for another month. Slums of Steiner Ranch
December 2, 2023Don't be fooled by the painting they're doing on the outside of the building. They would rather update the outside than deal with repairs that are 8 months overdue. Upon move in there were maggots in the sink, the place was filthy, broken cabinets (they taped and painted over them) broken doors, broken windows, no screens, broken blinds, broken tub, broken dishwasher, broken stove. You name it. Mgmt cries about how they have so much maintenance to do but they never get to anything. You can ...put lipstick on a pig, but it's still a pig. Squatters delight. November 27, 2023Would not recommend moving here. Smells from neighboring apartments weed smoking will enter your apartment and make yours smell like a dispensary. And the kicker is the new management refusing to do anything about it even though it is a lease violation to smoke in the buildings. Prior to the new owners, the property was a smoke free property for years and everything was great. New owners, while trying to clean up the place, has terrible management that picks and chooses which lease policies to ...enforce. Put a bag of trash on your front porch too early, written notice of lease violation. June 23, 2023Be very cautious before moving into Meritage at Steiner Ranch. Management will take your signature on the lease and then completely turn their back on you. great place to live
May 1, 2022Front office very professional! Maintenance fast response and very knowledgeable! My unit has been upgraded and I see other units being upgraded. Very comfortable living here, neighbors are great. I saw on complaint about lack of gates. Gates offer a false sense of security; anyone can work their way through a gate system. The complex is aging and they are doing gradual upgrades so happy to see, I feel very reasonable pricing gorgeous grounds, well maintained and maybe could use on site security as result of the out of state influx. December 15, 2021They use to have gates. Instead of keeping them in working operation, they completely removed all entry gates. Security lights are not maintained and I have never observed a security patrol on my street. I have had to call 911 three times in the last couple of months. I have never lived in any other place with so many problems concerning safety. After talking to other tenants on my street I have found out that they too have experienced similar problems.
