Merritt Legacy Apartments
August 16, 2015I am a "chronic mover" and have moved every year since I turned 18 (10 years ago) however I have stayed at Merritt Legacy for a second year lease. I have had no problems with staff, the maintenance alwasys responds same-day. No terrible neighbors (unless children bother you). The walls seem to be exceptionally thick because 95% of the time I cannot hear my neighbors. The rent is priced a little higher than other apartments in Leander, but this complex is also only 1 year old and has upgrades in ...the units. The plan I have feels more like a house or townhome than an apartment. Parking is great. Only complaint is the cable seems to go out at least once a month, but Grande Communications may be the ones to blame for that. I would recommend this apartment complex to a friend! The commute to downtown Austin is a little far, but the schools are good and crime is low.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
Merritt Legacy Apartments
August 16, 2015I moved in with my family over a year ago with the intentions of only signing a year lease, but when it came time to find a new apartment we decided to stay. There are less expensive options in Leander, but none of them are new and none of them have the amenities that Merritt Legacy has. Faux wood floors, granite countertops, high ceilings, large doorways, and elevators are all a plus. One thing you should know before moving in is there are A LOT of children in this complex, so if you don't like ...kids I would look elsewhere (but this is the suburbs so get real). Also, I have never had a problem finding a parking space no matter what time I get home which has always been an issue for me at every other apartment complex I've lived in. Home at Merritt Legacy
August 2, 2015Living at Merritt Legacy has been a great experience. The staff is extremely helpful, maintaince usually comes to fix any issues within a few hours of putting in a work order. Not only that, but some know me by name and always go out of their way to say hello. The apartment is beautiful- wooden floors, stainless steel appliances, and granite counter tops. I love how quiet the hallways are, it is completely peaceful living here. I would recommend this apartment to anyone!Review from Apartments.com
