Me and my boyfriend are getting ready to move in and the leasing office has done such an amazing job to help us out! Such an easy process on our part because of them! We can’t wait to move in and enjoy the apartments as it is such a nice place!!!

Tour for apartments are self guided, which is a little weird and not explicitly stated anywhere. You tour a stage apartment and don't get to see the actual apartment your moving into. The hallways reeked of air freshener/chemicals and were quite dim.
However, the complex is nestled in a little suburb which is quite nice and it seems like the complex is a little community.

My boyfriend and I have lived here for a month now and love it! The layout of our room is great with nice appliances and flooring/carpeting. We also had a smooth and easy application process. I cannot say enough nice things about the ladies in the office they were an exceptional help through everything!

Why? It’s quiet. The women in the leasing office are top tier!!! Always available. If you have a request or a maintenance issue someone responds almost immediately. The apartments are huge and well maintained. Close to shopping and major highways. It’s just beautiful here.

My boyfriend and I have lived here for 2 years and will be renewing our lease. The management office is WONDERFUL!!! Super helpful, kind, extremely responsive and go out of their way to make your experience as a resident pleasant. Every call to maintenance has been responded to, like person in the apartment, within an hour. Maintenance workers are employed by the Merritt Station so it is always a familiar face. It’s important to me that I felt safe as a female being here alone (at times) with ...
maintenance. They are quick, professional and always fix the problem AND clean up from whatever they do super well! They are constantly making upgrades and do really well with maintaining the grounds. I have heard absolute horror stories from friends about their management and maintenance so I feel really lucky to have had the experience we have had here. I would absolutely recommend being a resident at Merritt Station Apartments!
