You tour a stage apartment and don't get to see the actual apartment your moving into. The hallways reeked of air freshener/chemicals and were quite dim. However, the complex is nestled in a little suburb which is quite nice and it seems like the complex is a little community.

If you have a request or a maintenance issue someone responds almost immediately. The apartments are huge and well maintained. Close to shopping and major highways. It’s just beautiful here.

Super helpful, kind, extremely responsive and go out of their way to make your experience as a resident pleasant. Every call to maintenance has been responded to, like person in the apartment, within an hour. Maintenance workers are employed by the Merritt Station so it is always a familiar face. It’s important to me that I felt safe as a female being here alone (at times) with ...maintenance. They are quick, professional and always fix the problem AND clean up from whatever they do super well! They are constantly making upgrades and do really well with maintaining the grounds. I have heard absolute horror stories from friends about their management and maintenance so I feel really lucky to have had the experience we have had here. I would absolutely recommend being a resident at Merritt Station Apartments!Read More
