Self Guided Tour
November 7, 2024Tour for apartments are self guided, which is a little weird and not explicitly stated anywhere. You tour a stage apartment and don't get to see the actual apartment your moving into. The hallways reeked of air freshener/chemicals and were quite dim. However, the complex is nestled in a little suburb which is quite nice and it seems like the complex is a little community.Review from Apartments.com

Great Place!!!
July 15, 2023My boyfriend and I have lived here for 2 years and will be renewing our lease. The management office is WONDERFUL!!! Super helpful, kind, extremely responsive and go out of their way to make your experience as a resident pleasant. Every call to maintenance has been responded to, like person in the apartment, within an hour. Maintenance workers are employed by the Merritt Station so it is always a familiar face. It’s important to me that I felt safe as a female being here alone (at times) with ...maintenance. They are quick, professional and always fix the problem AND clean up from whatever they do super well! They are constantly making upgrades and do really well with maintaining the grounds. I have heard absolute horror stories from friends about their management and maintenance so I feel really lucky to have had the experience we have had here.
