January 20, 2026Great Place to Live if You Are in the Right Apartment The maintenance and the front office staff are steadily and consistently caring about their clientele and professional in handling their duties. So, nothing more needs to be said on these topics. How much one enjoys his/her apartment is dependent on which apartment he/she resides. Some apartments seem to have a roach problem. Others do not. Fortunately, my apartment does not have a roach problem. I have always had good service from pest ...control which I use infrequently since I do not have a bug problem. Also, enjoying one’s apartment will also depend on how much sun it gets especially in the summer. If a resident has an apartment that faces west/southwest in the afternoon, that apartment will be a sauna and the A/C bill will be high. Me, I get my sun in the morning during the summers. So, my apartment does not get blazing hot. My garage, however, does since it faces the sun in the pm for hours. Usually, the front office is good when it comes to renewals and keeping prices down. Last year was awesome with the customer service in keeping my rent increase reasonable.Property Manager Responded

July 14, 2025Sweet 16 I have been a resident at Merritt At Sugarloaf for 16 years! There is a reason why. I have received excellent service and value as a resident. The people in the front office have typically been very professional and courteous to me. They assist with keeping my annual renewal as low as possible. The maintenance staff is exceptional. I have had all my needs, and then some, addressed timely and satisfactorily. They do their job with a smile, too!Property Manager Responded
