We've lived here for several years
June 5, 2020It isn't paradise, but it's home for us. As with any residence, a couple bad apples here and there can hurt the experience for a lot of people. The landlord has new management staff and works to keep the older building clean and good. They are always on site working on the building so I feel it's the best they could with the area we're in. August 9, 2015We have two small children and we are scared for their safety here. Bullets were lodged in our wall just last week. We have had to fight off bedbugs three times without management's help, and now we're fighting cockroaches. The owner is the greediest landlord there is. We've paid deposit two times and they're still asking for more money. Our close friends moved out, paid first and last month's rent plus deposit and now the Mesa Apartments are tacking on more money upon their credit, and ...their apartment was immaculate.
