November 14, 2021The property is old, dirty, dog poop on common walk areas, bugs, roaches, mold, noisy, broken down cars can sit on roadside for months, an abandoned car was there for the year I leased an apartment. The mesh staff are doing an incredible job, under the conditions of the property - even though they forgot to hang up once after talking to me, be mindful of what you say of your tenants I would not recommend staying at this property!Property Manager Responded

Maintenance is awesome
July 5, 2016I've lived here for 3 years. They recently switched owners to Roscoe management and acquired my building next door. At first I was super upset when they took our gates down, towed my car, and painted our doors. But overall my experience slowly became amazing. They reimbursed my tow, the office is super friendly and Chanel the manager is friendly, accommodating, and pleasant. I definitely feel I am living in a well managed place. The main reason I am writing this is because I am a super picky ...clean person and Roberto and Willie (maintenance) are always super attentive to anything I need fixed in my apartment. They really helped me a lot with my place and clean up after themselves before leaving. Where's the Bang for the Buck?
July 27, 2015MESH apartments is an okay apartment - yes, just okay. Let's start off with the pros: most of the units have been renovated, the front office and maintenance staff are pleasant and requests are handled immediately. It's not in a high-rise and they are renovated buildings, which my roommate and I find endearing. First of all, let me point out that the amenities listed on the Apartments.com listing are inaccurate. There is no pool & no high speed internet. Let's move on to the cons: For the ...price (and lack of amenities), you're not getting much to brag home about. Go across the street to any one of the other locations and pay $100 more, you will not regret it. It's too bad they cannot install a small gym. I know that costs money but with all of the properties that Roscoe owns, it's a shame. Another thought would be to allow residents to use other properties owned by Roscoe. MESH is average to fair.
