Not a good place to live
December 8, 2024We had to leave a month before our lease was up, for health reasons. The community is inundated with pot smoke. It come thru the vents and windows. Management does nothing about it. We also had a strong smell of acetone . Apparently it us used in cooking meth. On weekends it is very noisy with cars speeding and music blasting in the parking lot. There appeared to be dope deals going down at night in the parking lot. We did not feel safe there. We left our unit cleaner than when we moved in. ...Management still sent us charges that make no sense. August 17, 2015I love my apartment at the bluffs in mesquite nevada, its a down stairs apartment thats nice because its easy access as i have trouble walking, the rent is very reasonable, i have two bedrooms it is just me living there but i like to have 1 bedroom for a craft room and it works out perfectly, the manager is very friendly, and the maintenance staff always comes to help me when ever needed. the complex has a wonderful pool and office and a beautiful area for familys to bbq and enjoy the dayReview from Apartments.com

July 23, 2015WE JUST RECENTLY MOVE TO MESQUITE AND MESQUITE BLUFFS WAS THE FIRST COMPLEX WE LOOKED AT. THE LADIES IN THE OFFICE WERE SO FRIENDLY AND WILLING TO HELP OUR SITUATION. WE SAW THE ACTUAL APARTMENT WE WERE GOING TO MOVE IN TO, LOVED IT AND FILLED OUT THE APPLICATION ON THE SPOT!!!
