Terrible Communication and Customer Service
August 18, 2025Anytime there is an issue they are late to respond, and I promise you will have to reach out to them constantly. AC always goes out, water heater constantly breaks, etc. Moreover, the move out process is a hassle as they are pretty vague on the detail process. Lastly, the customer service is so adamant and stubborn when they make a mistake. Do not recommend renting from them.Review from Apartments.com

Beautiful Apartments
June 10, 2025Mesquite Terraces is the best apartments you will find in Midland. We have renewed 3 times already and we love it here. Apartments are so spacious, clean and peaceful. Office staff Mrs Angela and Mrs Rosalie are so nice and professional and will help you with anything you need. You get the best attention. Amazing
December 9, 2024My experience here has been great, Rosalee is very friendly and very helpful. She always answers all my questions straight to the point. The community is very well kept and clean. The pool is always looking amazing. Over all everything has been great. The only reason i leased was because how the community looked plus how friendly and welcoming Rosalee has been since day 1. I had times where i would need to go speak to some1 in the office and Rosalee is my go to and i never disappointed on how ...she handles my situations. You will enjoy living here trust me.
