      So far so good. Everyone here seems so friendly and professional. The new apartment is great! I have no complains! Maintenance came to fix my sliding fairly quickly! and location of the complex is perfect so there is no hassle getting to where to need to go. couldn't ask for more.

      I thought I was moving into a sleek, modern apartment with a balcony and luxury finishes; the tour had me convinced. But the unit I actually got? No balcony. Old carpet. Broken appliances. Moldy countertops. Broken blinds. Unsealed windows. And the master bathroom is so humid, the carpet outside it is literally soaking up moisture. This wasn’t just a letdown ; it was a gut punch. For the price I’m paying, I expected a clean, comfortable, updated aesthetic space. What I got feels rushed and ...
      neglected. If you’re considering this building, demand to see the exact unit first. I wish I had.

      So far it’s a really good experience for me at Metro 303. We love it and the kids enjoy it as well. My only suggestion is to get the elevator fixed. It closes too quick and can get someone hurts. After that it’s a great place to live in.

      Everything is ok but overall not satisfied with the up keep of the property and communication with the staff. Continued issues with the packages being delivered at the wrong place and getting misplaced. EV- Charging issues now and again.

      The process to lease was very quick and easy. Victoriya made sure to reply promptly and responded to all the emails and questions I had. Th eonly downside is that it is was very difficult finding someone in the office. Sometimes the leaasing office is closed with a sign and no one returns.
