December 1, 2025There's 6 EV-Charging Station available and only 2 or 3 are operational since past 4 weeks and no action is being taken by the management. In staircase well there a constant pungent smell coming since long and no steps are being taken to address that.Property Manager Responded

August 4, 2025I thought I was moving into a sleek, modern apartment with a balcony and luxury finishes; the tour had me convinced. But the unit I actually got? No balcony. Old carpet. Broken appliances. Moldy countertops. Broken blinds. Unsealed windows. And the master bathroom is so humid, the carpet outside it is literally soaking up moisture. This wasn’t just a letdown ; it was a gut punch. For the price I’m paying, I expected a clean, comfortable, updated aesthetic space. What I got feels rushed and ...neglected.
