August 4, 2025I thought I was moving into a sleek, modern apartment with a balcony and luxury finishes; the tour had me convinced. But the unit I actually got? No balcony. Old carpet. Broken appliances. Moldy countertops. Broken blinds. Unsealed windows. And the master bathroom is so humid, the carpet outside it is literally soaking up moisture. This wasn’t just a letdown ; it was a gut punch. For the price I’m paying, I expected a clean, comfortable, updated aesthetic space. What I got feels rushed and ...neglected. August 3, 2025So far it’s a really good experience for me at Metro 303. We love it and the kids enjoy it as well. My only suggestion is to get the elevator fixed. It closes too quick and can get someone hurts. After that it’s a great place to live in.Property Manager Responded

March 18, 2025The process to lease was very quick and easy. Victoriya made sure to reply promptly and responded to all the emails and questions I had. Th eonly downside is that it is was very difficult finding someone in the office. Sometimes the leaasing office is closed with a sign and no one returns.Property Manager Responded
