RUDE PROPERTY MANAGER - LIMIMTED PARKING SPACES
October 21, 2025Apartment is good and clean. The concern is how the management treat the residents. It very less parking spaces, if you work late and come in the evening you wont find parking spaces which the management wont tell you when you sign lease. The communication is poor, as a new resident, when I don't find parking space in front of my building, I parked in front of office lot where I see vehicles parked almost daily and clearly was not included in their list of spaces where we cannot park vehicles, I ...thought we are allowed to park there. But my car got towed. When met with manager to suggest about communication, he was very rude and gave horrible responses. He also suggested to 'park across the road in railway station parking' - Mention this in your portal if this is what the reality!! (one has to walk 5 mins to apartment from there) or buy their garage parking @125/month, which was told as optional, (but it seems like we have to buy with no parking spaces available).They said they are in process to get more parking spaces for the residents but not sure when it will be available. If you are ready to expect rude responses from management and looking to pay and park at railway station or buy their garage parking throughout the year and, then go for it.Property Manager Responded

Love Metro 59!
June 13, 2025I have been a resident of Metro 59 for about 3 years now and I have nothing but good things to say about the entire complex! The office staff is amazing and very responsive. The girls in the office made the leasing process very smooth and efficient! Ivan the property manager is the best! Any problem we have, he addresses the issue right away. He is one of the most professional property managers I’ve experience as a renter. Along with the office staff, the maintenance team is wonderful! Steve ...and Daniel are always working hard to make sure the community looks beautiful and is running smoothly! I would recommend Metro 59 to anyone who is looking for a welcoming community that truly cares about their residents. DO NOT RECOMMEND. VERY RUDE PROPERTY MANAGER
April 24, 2022Absolutely disastrous. Currently living in metro 59 apartments for almost 2 years. Both the elevators are not working and when i try to reach the management, the response i received is horrible. Instead of helping me out the property manager Nicole just keeps denying the fact that the issue even exists. Instead of being apologetic for the inconvenience she asks me to walk up the stairs ...TO THE 5TH FLOOR. I am so not renewing my lease next year. Anybody trying to move in - DO NOT...atleast till ...she is working with them.Property Manager Responded

July 14, 2021Key points: - lease agreement length is not what was discussed - Not a family friendly place to live (they have more for dogs than kids) - Bugs and spiders all day everyday in the apartment - Water heater was a struggle in the beginning - Hallways almost never vacuumed - You can hear EVERYTHING above you and your neighbors can hear below you - No lighting in bedrooms - Hot tub usually isn’t working I come from a service industry and contractual services so as I write this I fully understand both ...sides of an agreement. I’ve done my current job for about 10 years and every year I find an apartment to live in for 4 months. We were crunched for time and had limited options this summer so we had to take what we could find. I signed the agreement without looking at the lease end date because I was driving across the country and looking to get it done. I came to find out instead of ending in September, like me and my wife both thought it was for. Instead, it’s November. I know Nicole (in the office) said she would not have done a short term lease for that length and I said I’ve done my job for 10 years and would never have agreed to that long. So all in all they won’t budge and we are stuck with an extra 2 1/2 months of rent and 0 accountability from there end. Other things about why you shouldn’t live here is it is not a family friendly environment. They have more things for dogs than kids. Not insulated and you hear everything above you and they hear everything below. Spiders and bugs everywhere. We usually kill 2-3 spiders daily and we are on the 3rd floor. The hall ways never get vacuumed…I know because we spilt sugar on our first day moving in and it’s still there by the elevator. 0 stars and much better places to live than here. I’ve moved 26 times in my life and this is top 3 worst places I’ve lived in and I think this is one of my first negative reviews. Best of luck to them.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com

September 25, 2020Previous Manager was much better. Current Manager should not be in management, very poor skills and makes empty promises. Manager has been very rude to both current residents as well as potential people who were looking to move in but decided not to based on her treatment of them. July 2, 2020These apartments are overpriced for Aurora and what you get. You can hear loud footsteps every time someone walks between floors. Over advertised amenities that may not function properly. New Management lacks some technical capabilities, empathy, and people skills. Complex moral is low and declining daily. Do not recommend.Review from Apartments.com

Decent apartments, horrible new management
June 12, 2020Decent place to live in. The new management team is horrible though. When we were moving out they 1. Charged us a "cleaning/ fee". 2. Told us that they told mentioned us this explicitly/specifically during their move out inspection The problem I was told about the "move out inspection" results 2 weeks after the actual inspection and only after I asked them to spell out what the very vague "Cleaning/Repair" charges on my last bill was. How should one actually handle a move out process? 1. ...Mention to your customer that they'll be a move out inspection BEFORE they move out, with a checklist of things that are part of the inspection. 2. Ask if they would like to be part of the move out inspection. 3. Communicate promptly the results of the move out inspection. Promptly meaning 3 business days. This was the case with the last 3 places I rented from, but not metro59. So, if you rent from metro59, fully expect to have your deposit disappear with random charges on move out.Property Manager Responded

Overpriced
March 18, 2019Do not recommend if you are looking to upgrade to a house in the near future or want to save your well earned money. Apartments are well above the average market rate which is why they are not at capacity - and will increase rates once they played their game and lock you in. Looks good on surface but there are many flaws behind the scenes.Property Manager Responded
