About Metro Apartments

Metro Apartments offers some of the best living in downtown Spokane. This 1904 vintage building has 31 apartment units that range from two bedrooms to efficiency studios. All floor plans are unique. This turn of the century 1999 major updated style offers cathedral 9 foot ceilings, 4 x 6 foot thermo-windows, updated oak cabinet kitchens, stainless steel appliances for the kitchen, clean styled bathrooms and extra wide hallways . There have also been many individual apartment upgrades over the last 20 years. There are laundry facilities in the building and a typically low monthly electric bill that makes living at Metropolitan Apartments affordable and comfortable. The building also has an active resident manager, Randy Hendricks, who has been living on site for a number of years. The front door keyed and phone activated security entrance allows tenants the peace of mind that makes living downtown not only convenient, but more secure. Parking is street parking (a monthly parking pass is available through the city for ALL DAY PARKING SPOTS ONLY that are scattered around downtown. Parking garages are also available though out downtown. Metro Apts. is located One block from Riverfront Park (100 acres of waterfalls, playgrounds, grassy knolls and concerts, fairs and more.)
