Metro East is a small, quiet community nestled in a lush courtyard setting with plenty of parking. Large one and two bedroom apartments are in controlled access buildings with an intercom. On site laundry is located in each building. The apartments include stove, refrigerator, garbage disposal, blinds and an extra storage closet. Most kitchens are updated with white cabinets and imitation granite countertops. Located in Warren on East Nine Mile between Schoenherr and Gratiot just minutes from I-94, I-696 and Macomb Community College. We are located on the 710 Smart Bus line.

Terrible Place
March 18, 2025Do not move here!!!! The buildings are run down and outdated very dirty and nasty especially the hallways. The parking lot is pothole filled with garbage cans that stay over filled. They are constantly spraying for pest and bugs because they allow just anyone to move in. The management are worst part you can never get in touch with them and it’s like pulling teeth when trying to get maintenance to repair anything and the rent has been getting up constantly I know a few neighbors who has been ...robbed here on top of hoist broken into avoid this place at all cost!!!Read MoreReview from Apartments.com

April 27, 2022The management here is "Horrible" they collect your money however, you cannot get ahold of staff. Roofing issue my livong roof ceiling was about to fall I had to beg them to fix it while my bed from water had a brown stain as if someone urinated in it. I was charged. HORRIBLE!
October 22, 2021I just wanted a place that was livable and quiet! I can barely get that. Paper thin walls so you’re able to hear everything the people around you do. Pest issue that’s not addressed and by pest I mean ROACHES.. horrible management. Unkept premises, many potholes in the parking lot, and emergency maintenance is a joke! Please stay at home or find somewhere else. This isn’t worth it. It’s more of a headache to call the office and get an issue solved, IF THEY ANSWER!Review from Apartments.com
Rude Staff
August 29, 2019This place is a joke!! The staff is horrible they dont do anything! I tried calling the corporate office some guy was very rude & laughed at me he said he was going to hang up on me and refer me to the leasing office! I pay my rent every month on time but cant get a decent parking space in front of my home! I will not be renewing my lease this place is a joke & you have to have a exterminator come out every month for all kinds of bugs! Oh and the owner is called greater development llc but they ...wont tell you that i guess its suppose to be a secret but the internet will tell you everything! A Breath Of Fresh Air
August 20, 2015After being a Detroit resident for 27yrs, I found a gem right outside the city in Warren Michigan. The first step into this new scenery made me feel as if I were finally at home. At only 600 a month, this place is definitely a steal with today's market. With 24 hour on call maintenance and prompt action from both management and facility employees all issues are taken care of effectively and in a timely manner. The property itself is beautifully landscaped, with a large courtyard, and a welcoming ...atmosphere. The courtyard is equipped with benches and public barbecue pits. The neighbors are quiet, friendly, and some have even started personal gardens outside the building that add a nice touch. It is conviently located next to Shoppers Market which makes grocery shopping a walk in the "park"ing lot.
