Unprofessional people in the office, NO parking, residents that harass you if you have your car stopped even for a minute, heavy doors all throughout the building, and again no parking. Nothing about this place is friendly for seniors.

Being a brand new complex, they are going to have their fair share of problems. This place has had many, but, the Management Team has done a great job of taking care of them. Most of my dealings have been with Lupe or Debra, both have been very helpful and understanding. ( good people) I have and will continue to recommend this place.

Its such a embarrassing build. No imagination, sad.

Its ok cause its a roof over your head. The interior and all cupboards and build is SO cheap. Embarrassing cheap. They are super inconsiderate about peoples time and value nothing. Money grab for them.

Read the other review posted here. Same thing happened to me after confirming the opening date with them three times. Moved out of my other apartment and then received three days notice from Metro East announcing that they would not open as planned. Something really off with this property!

Dont Bother!

A friend of mine started the application process in August and has been given 3 different move in dates. He is moving out of his apartment today into a storage unit and will be sleeping on a friends couch. He was assured that the last move in date he was given was firm, so he gave his notice but his apartment has been rented so he cant stay. As of last week, Metro East has no date when the apartments will be ready to move in to! Metro East is blaming COVID for the delay since not all the ...

construction workers can be on-site at the same time. Sounds legitimate except that COVID has been around since March! They didnt know in September when they were passing out move in dates that they were that far behind? Jamboree Housing and The Pacific Companies specialize in building Affordable Housing units and Sinanian Developent is an experienced contractor. Shame on them for so mismanaging this Project! Metro East could have taken applications and built a waiting list with no promised move in dates. Instead they overpromised and underdelivered! They are dealing with a vulnerable population here - older people with limited funds who may not have family or friends they can stay with and likely don't have extra money to spend on movers, storage units and hotels! Perhaps these companies need to take part of the $5 million dollar + tax credit they received for building this Project and pay the expenses for these tenants!
