Everything you could want
September 17, 2025I have lived in this building for over a year and have already resigned for another year! There is so much to love about metro marina bay. For starters the staff in the building is beyond kind and helpful. Rachel and Eileen in the front are always chatting with all of the residents and checking in with them! They both keep everyone in the building very informed about any work being done or any fun events they have planned. Kevin from maintenance is amazing and always there so timely after any ...request is put in, very knowledgeable and has been able to fix any issues I’ve had so fast. The building itself if wonderfully maintained and has such a cozy homey feeling. The grounds are also meticulously maintained with beautiful landscaping and so much to offer outside as far as grilling stations and fire pits! The leasing and maintenance teams are incredibly attentive! Any minor issue I’ve had has been resolved in less than 24 hours.
