For starters the staff in the building is beyond kind and helpful. Rachel and Eileen in the front are always chatting with all of the residents and checking in with them! They both keep everyone in the building very informed about any work being done or any fun events they have planned. Kevin from maintenance is amazing and always there so timely after any ...request is put in, very knowledgeable and has been able to fix any issues I’ve had so fast. The building itself if wonderfully maintained and has such a cozy homey feeling. The grounds are also meticulously maintained with beautiful landscaping and so much to offer outside as far as grilling stations and fire pits! Right in the heart of marina bay this building is a quick walk to all the great restaurants on the water. Truly love living here and feel right at home.Read More

The leasing and maintenance teams are incredibly attentive! Any minor issue I’ve had has been resolved in less than 24 hours. On top of that, the neighborhood is quiet, safe, and absolutely beautiful, which makes it an even more enjoyable place to live. It truly feels like home.
