I currently will be trying to get out of my lease. I moved into a gas leak… for 2 full months… turn around water overflowing in the kitchen for a whole month without me knowing because it would be gone by the time I got home from work…. To not have a working toilet…. To now have mold in my apartment in my bedroom from leak I been reported in MAY when I moved in. place. Asked for credits for inconvenience no response so at this point. I just will be getting my 2,200 dollars back and leaving then where they are. Rental office is clueless and doesn’t not care even for the major work order is it everyone no but no is held accountable so save yourself the trouble and don’t move here since aion management is also dragging there feet as well getting paid for nothing. Wish things were better
