Underrated, quiet, comfortable, easy
April 25, 2025In February, I made the move from Jersey City to Rahway for work. Being close to the train station is important to me. After spending a couple days touring all of the buildings within a ~10 minute walk of the train station, the Metro was an easy choice. I toured with Kyle who mentioned features that were important to me: central hvac, condo-like construction and sound insulation, recently updated finishes/flooring. Lisa made the transition quick and easy. She is always quick to respond to any ...questions I have. She and Gerald have quickly addressed even minor maintenance requests. There are newer buildings with more amenities within walking distance of the train station but the Metro immediately stood out to me as having a quiet atmosphere, comfortable units, and an attentive staff.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com

September 1, 2024Upon researching the property, Kyle, the Rental Agent was very accommodating. He shared his cell # and entertained multiple questions and multiple visits. Lisa, the Office Manager has been a gem in navigating me through the new tenant process: the web portal, mail, package delivery and parking. She's become my new BFF. The building is always clean and smells great. This is due to Gerald and Emmanuel, the Custodial Crew. They are usually the first faces I see in the AM, so friendly and ...knowledgeable about all things Metro. The tenants are friendly and the building is quiet.
