More cons than pros
April 8, 2024My family and I lived here for a long time. At the beginning this was pretty decent living. Good quiet neighbors and pretty okay amenities. Well, that didn't last long. Last yer, 2023 we moved out. We had our washer/dryer break. They could care less, we spend 2 months without one. I had to do laundry in my bathroom sink. It wasn't until I reached out to my council member that we got a used one. Despicable. The marijuana smell is constant, and the leasing office could care less. The noise ...is INCESSANT! The running back and forth, and all the leasing office tells you is to "call the police." We endured this for about an extra year, got fed up and left. NOT WORTH YOUR MONEY!Property Manager Responded

Do not move here
January 10, 2024Unprofessional. Getting maintenance to fix stuff in your apartment is such a hassle. Not to mention, the building/complex has not had hot water in over a month. Move somewhere else.Property Manager Responded
