Ok apartments, not luxury, can't justify the rates.

Positive things: Gate access, Friendly manager and maintenance guy, majority of tenants are hardworking individuals that mind their own business, you only share a sidewall with your neighbor, no one above you. Good pest control. Near 408. Fake reviews, all 5 stars in the same day, right! Negatives: Old apt. shows its age, fit and finish is horrible, cheap "upgrades that look good in pictures from far away". Old windows you can hear all the road noise all day and night. They want to charge a ...

premium price while doing the bare minimum with maintenance and renovations. There is better looking interiors in the area for the same price, shop around.
