Anytime I needed assistance from the management team or maintenance, which isn't often, they've been very helpful and responded with a quick turnaround time, in my experience, within the first 24hrs. December 29, 2025Everyone seems nice. I know sometimes there can be drama, I try to stay out of it. I wish there were a pool.. usually luxury apartment complex's do have them, some even have a hot tub. The train's not loud at all and I'm close to the station.Property Manager Responded

July 3, 2025So far I would say it seems quiet and peaceful and pretty well kept up. Things to be addressed our overflowing trash outside and the cabinet in the apartment need to be updated or improved as you are using shelving paper to cover them, which is cheap and the stove is kind of on the cheaper side as well For the price you pay for rent expectations would be a little bit nicerReview from Apartments.com

June 17, 2025The place is quiet, safe, cordial, and friendly. I believe heat insulation, especially on the first floors are needed in Building Two, can't speak for the other one. Air was seeping through into the windows and had to seal them last winter. Other than that, I haven't seen or had any other issues and would absolutely renew my leaseProperty Manager Responded

June 2, 2025My unit still has carpet that has not been cleaned in over 7 years of residence. We have requested a new Stove multiple times. It turns off during cooking. Our fridge does not make ice consistently. Our kitchen sink faucet button does not work. These are just a few concerns we have submitted.Property Manager Responded
