Things to be addressed our overflowing trash outside and the cabinet in the apartment need to be updated or improved as you are using shelving paper to cover them, which is cheap and the stove is kind of on the cheaper side as well For the price you pay for rent expectations would be a little bit nicer

I believe heat insulation, especially on the first floors are needed in Building Two, can't speak for the other one. Air was seeping through into the windows and had to seal them last winter.
