Excellent staff and community
February 26, 2025I just moved in about a month ago and have been really impressed by the helpfulness of everyone here! Daniel from the leasing office really went above and beyond addressing all my very specific questions, and making sure I was set for moving in. August 20, 2021Apartments are full of Rats...! Management does not care even after raising multiple service requests. "To be precise I have raised 8 Service requests in last 15 days.. Wouldnt recommend
June 27, 2020Location wise these apartments are good. Close to NJT and major highways but thats the only advantage. Dont just go by the 5 star reviews. Do look at negative reviews before making decision. Here are some of the drawbacks 1. Big never ending rat problem - many units have this problem 2. Heat doesnt work multiple times during peak winter 3. Maintenance can be awful some times 4. Laundry rooms are not well maintained and dirty including machines 5. Metropark park Zoo
April 23, 2020This place is unbearable. I can't believe such apartments do exist which is unsafe and so overpriced. This place is infected with mice,rats,spiders and every type of insects beyond your imagination. Management and maintenance is careless. Every day I find new holes in the wall and they fix it with sponge to be cut again in few days. If you uh have kids please stay away even if it is ideally located. Keep the safety of your family first. Heater rarely works at night. Apartment is so cold in the ...morning. Highly not recommended.Property Manager Responded

DO NOT MOVE HERE
April 21, 2020Only lasted 5 months in that dump .. we had numerous of issues. From mice issue to noisy neighbors to everything in between. My heater wasn’t even working when we moved in and if it wasn’t for us letting them know, they wouldn’t of known. From day one, the apartment was in horrible shape. We had pest control come 3 times, & they couldn’t even control the mice issue. Have pictures to prove it & still plan on letting the city know what’s going on. My car was hit in the parking & since there were no ...cameras, I never found out who did it. Management is HORRIBLE. & on top of everything, this place is overpriced. May 4, 2019Pathetic place to live... Never recommend anyone for this community.. Please talk to resident before move-in. Management are very rude, also they commit 24 hrs maintenance service but no one showed up and you cannot even ask for status. Leasing a New Apartment
September 16, 2018I went to Metropark Station Apartments to look to lease a new apartment, and Amy was great with providing information, touring us around the model apartment, and providing information about availability. Great Improvements
September 5, 2018The new dumpster enclosure really looks great when you pull into the parking lot it makes a huge difference.
