      A lot of issues with my apartment. was not warned. At first the humidity was off in my Hvac which caused mold issues which no one told me once I moved in.

      Safe location and still a good distance to West Broad Street. Studios are decently sized. Neighbors are generally quiet, but sometimes you hear them through shared walls.

      All is good except one matter. It is difficult to find mail in the mailroom. Sometimes we end up looking all over the mail room to find our mail. Sometimes we have to resort to finding mail in the second building. It is frustrating. A better system should be put in place. Let's have the residents sit together with the management to get this sorted out. We can bounce ideas with one another.
