        alright, parking in garage sometimes notified no tow they still tow. The towing company they are poor too their place a lot of people has thrown rocks and shattered their windows

        This community has the ability to be better. Between the broken elevators, broken fire pits, community broken outside TVs unreliable trash pick up trash smell in the hallways and dirty carpet in the common areas I’m really disappointed. I can only point to either ownership doesn’t care or management doesn’t have the power or resources to fix this. This is named a luxury complex but they seem to only care for the main building where the amenities are. We pay entirely too much rent for this ...

        Metropolis is a wonderful place to live. The staff is wonderful, the amenities are top tier and here, you will find comfort and luxury! Metropolis provides so many community activities for residents. Both courtyards are beautifully maintained with a variety of ways to stay active and connected with the community.         First floor has bugs that’s comes during the summer but bug spray combats it. Smell of weed but management is active on preventing smoking within the premises. I like the garage parking and maintenance turnover rate.

        I love my apartment and before the new owners took over, this review would have easily been five stars. The way the parking situation was handled really lost my trust though. The NEW owners implemented a new parking policy MID-lease for all residents. Originally, they sent emails saying this was going to be helpful for residents and that residents requested it. When residents expressed their anger and disagreement with the new policy, the NEW owners changed their tune. They then began insisting ...
        that this was comparable to surrounding apartments which is why the policy was being implemented. People who just moved in do not know about this, but I think they should. The NEW owners implement policies that cost residents money mid-lease and just want money because they overpaid for the property (public knowledge). Personally, a big red flag for me is when people mess with my money and don't admit to making a mistake.

        Overall experience is good, the community always encourages to meetups, communicate and get along with neighbors by arranging events which is a lot of fun.         Apartments are wonderfully functional and esthetically pleasing. Grounds beautiful. Great team of office managers that handle issues and are fun and funny. Only problem is that hallway carpets have a lot of pet stains, which are awful to see and walk around.

        The apartments themselves are really nice and well maintained, and the amenities are definitely a highlight. The common areas are clean, the facilities are modern, and overall the property has a great feel to it. One downside is that the walls are pretty thin, so you can hear neighbors more than you might expect in an apartment building. It’s not unbearable, but it’s noticeable. My biggest frustration has been the change to parking. What used to be free parking is now paid, and at the same time ...
        the number of outdoor parking spaces has been reduced. It feels like residents are being asked to pay more while having fewer options, which is disappointing. Overall it’s a nice place to live with great amenities, but the noise between units and the parking changes are definitely things to consider.
