February 8, 2026Overall a very good community with welcoming people and neighbors. Parking seems to be a little full recently but the admin are working hard to address it. I do have a complaint on smoking in the premises of the apartments though (parking garage, stairs, hallways). Also dog poop, please pick it upReview from Apartments.com

January 22, 2026Very responsive staff members, fast maintenance turnaround times, nice neighbors. Parking spots get a little limited late a night when everyone is home. A lot of flies and bugs, wish they did more pest control. Golf simulator doesn't work, wish it worked.Review from Apartments.com

January 15, 2026I had the opportunity to tour Metropolis Apartments recently and was very impressed. It's clearly a well cared for building, with lots of modern amenities. The leasing consultant was friendly, professional, and knowledgeable, taking the time to walk me through the property and answer questions. January 3, 2026I love living in Metropolis because it is in a safe location. Super accessible to Short Pump and the freeways without the traffic noise. I find the studio aparment to be decently sized. One con is that the walls are a bit thin so sometimes I hear my neighbors’ snore or tv/stereo.Property Manager Responded

December 3, 2025Great building and office staff who were friendly. The building was built in 2023 and can definitely tell with the finishing. The halls are huge. The garage opens up to each floor except the 5th i think(not sure).Property Manager Responded
