December 3, 2025Great building and office staff who were friendly. The building was built in 2023 and can definitely tell with the finishing. The halls are huge. The garage opens up to each floor except the 5th i think(not sure).Property Manager Responded

The gym is always clean and not busy, and the pool is wonderful to sit by in the summer. October 5, 2025The community is wonderful, the resident events are fun, and my apartment is very comfortable! I have loved living here so far! The only reason I am not giving five stars is that I find the valet trash unnecessary, and they are implementing an additional parking fee soon.Property Manager Responded

September 12, 2025So far so good with Metropolis. Great management and amenities. I also appreciate the availability of parking spots in the garage. However, the walls are definitely very thin :(.Property Manager Responded
