May 10, 2026I love my apartment and before the new owners took over, this review would have easily been five stars. The way the parking situation was handled really lost my trust though. The NEW owners implemented a new parking policy MID-lease for all residents. Originally, they sent emails saying this was going to be helpful for residents and that residents requested it. When residents expressed their anger and disagreement with the new policy, the NEW owners changed their tune. They then began insisting ...that this was comparable to surrounding apartments which is why the policy was being implemented. People who just moved in do not know about this, but I think they should. The NEW owners implement policies that cost residents money mid-lease and just want money because they overpaid for the property (public knowledge). Personally, a big red flag for me is when people mess with my money and don't admit to making a mistake.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com

March 29, 2026Apartments are wonderfully functional and esthetically pleasing. Grounds beautiful. Great team of office managers that handle issues and are fun and funny. Only problem is that hallway carpets have a lot of pet stains, which are awful to see and walk around.Property Manager Responded

March 13, 2026The apartments themselves are really nice and well maintained, and the amenities are definitely a highlight. The common areas are clean, the facilities are modern, and overall the property has a great feel to it. One downside is that the walls are pretty thin, so you can hear neighbors more than you might expect in an apartment building. It’s not unbearable, but it’s noticeable. My biggest frustration has been the change to parking. What used to be free parking is now paid, and at the same time ...the number of outdoor parking spaces has been reduced. It feels like residents are being asked to pay more while having fewer options, which is disappointing. Overall it’s a nice place to live with great amenities, but the noise between units and the parking changes are definitely things to consider.Property Manager Responded

February 8, 2026Overall a very good community with welcoming people and neighbors. Parking seems to be a little full recently but the admin are working hard to address it. I do have a complaint on smoking in the premises of the apartments though (parking garage, stairs, hallways). Also dog poop, please pick it upProperty Manager Responded
