      It’s been good so far! Neighbors have been col and very nice since I slowly moved in. Running into so many sweet pups also has been a plus because I love all types of pups and do a lot of dog sitting, walking and more outside of my regular job.

      These apartment homes have a lot of light, are generally quiet, have beautiful landscaping and are a perfect location for Whole Foods, Trader Joe's, Ulta and Short Pump Mall. Management is tremendous. Personable, actively involved and greatly accommodating. The only disagreeable issue is that the hallway carpets have been very badly stained for a while, yet have not been taken care of. Otherwise fabulous place to live!

      I’ve been here almost a month and I haven’t had a single full day w a working elevator that goes to my room. Also the door that goes to the only working elevator in my building is frequently locked so I’m forced to use the stairs to reach the top floor. Insane how long it has taken to fix the elevator. With all the money collected from the high rent cost to live here from all the residents they should be able to just buy a new elevator at this point

      This community has the ability to be better. Between the broken elevators, broken fire pits, community broken outside TVs unreliable trash pick up trash smell in the hallways and dirty carpet in the common areas I’m really disappointed. I can only point to either ownership doesn’t care or management doesn’t have the power or resources to fix this. This is named a luxury complex but they seem to only care for the main building where the amenities are. We pay entirely too much rent for this ...
