    I’m going to be completely honest, I’ve lived here for about 9 months and I don’t have a single thing to complain about. I feel safe as a single woman, the amenities are great, and this is an amazing place to live if you also work remotely. It’s really shocking to see a one star review for this place because I haven’t had a single issue since living here, but maybe I’m just lucky. The only thing I will say that I don’t like is how we are required to pay a trash fee every month.

    1- I’ve been living here for a month now and not able to receive mail, yes lost packages, the deposit check from my prior apartment, etc etc this is insane.The mailroom is not setup. 2- When I moved in my apartment wasn’t ready so they put me into a different unit, but I still wasn’t qualified for the 2 months rent free that “new leases” got. 3- Furniture is cheap & not even, countertop is poorly made (this is on me for not paying attention on the tour) 4- Do your homework, plenty good apartments ...
    around, this is just not one of them.
