My time is not important
August 6, 2021My fiancé scheduled an appointment for us on an apartment on 8/3 for 8/6 at 3:00pm. I received a phone call about 12:15ish on 8/6 to confirm my appointment, that they remember speaking to my fiancé, and to call them back. I had other appointments that day and arrived about 30 min early so I wanted to see if we can see the place a bit earlier than the appointment if possible. I call back the number and was informed that they gave away the unit we were suppose to see on 8/4, but they will have ...another unit at a different location available Oct/Nov. Therefore, there was no reason to meet at 3:00pm. I won't throw the name out there of the person I spoke to because I don't think she had ill intent, but we should have been notified of this change anywhere from 8/4-8/6. So instead of me driving around, receiving a voicemail confirming my appointment a few hours prior, I should have been notified much earlier. Too Expensive for what you get / Too much noise
December 14, 2016I moved into this apartment complex May 1st 2016 and I CAN`T wait for my lease to be up. On the day I came here to see the apartment unfortunately no other neighbor was home so I didn't get to understand what i am signing up for. I looked at the apartment and while touring asked the guy working here (Billy) that how is the noise levels here and he said "Oh its fine, you might hear them outside or in the hallway but other than that its fine." I asked him for a 2nd floor but he showed me 2 units ...on the ground floor and told me only these are available and no others will open up. I signed for one of them and he promised me that he will let me know if a 2nd floor opens up so I can take that instead. This took place early April and I was getting the keys on May 2nd!! Fast forward to my move in day, We got here and started unloading the semi, I asked him if a 2nd floor opened up and he said NO! later on I learned (From the maintenance Gentleman) that in the same building on the 2nd floor across the hallway a unit was open and available. So flat out he lied to me!!!! On the same day I moved in that unit was EMPTY! I moved in and unloaded everything and all set, GOOD LORD, in the afternoon when 2nd floor neighbor came home that was when it all started, YOU CAN HEAR EVERY CONVERSATION, MOVE, TALK, WALK, .... you name it. There is absolutely ZERO sound insulation in this building. While I am writing this They are playing with their dog and running around their apartment. Seriously this is a joke. I talked to office and they told me that we will ask them to make less noise, are you kidding me? You had to tell me how unreal isolation is at this apartment. As a bonus they also go downstairs in the basement and play ping-pong, Imagine how that sounds!!!!! Bottom line is do not waste your money, time, and life here, you can get a better place with the same price or even less. There was no review on this place when I got this, but I want to help someone else to not get in this the same way I did.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
