Do not move in. Horrible
May 11, 2023Horrible. Bad air units that freeze during cold weather (leaving u freezing during the winter) , thin floors, etc. rent goes up $150 at a time for your lease renewal. Don’t take a unit above the maintenance basement because you will regret it. And they don’t tell you this before you move in. The cherry on top is getting charged for ridiculous reasons when you move out . Ex: $50 to “clean” the refrigerator. Total over $1000 so don’t expect your deposit backReview from Apartments.com

April 26, 2023This is my first time ever leaving a review like this because I want to warn others how AWFUL this place is. The heating / cooling systems do not work and maintenance will come and just tell you there’s nothing they can do. My boyfriend and I recently moved out 2 months ago and our security deposit is being illegally held from us. When we did our walk through move out inspection an area of the carpet that was underneath of a couch for the entirety of our stay was pulled up. There was a large ...stain on the padding underneath that couldn’t have been from us due the the couch covering that area. There were no prior documentation of the tenets that lived there prior to us to prove we did it. We were told “we should have pulled up the carpets ourselves upon moving in”. They replaced the carpet and are now trying to charge us for the replacement. “Billie” the new property manager told me she doesn’t care about our issue and to call corporate because she doesn’t want to deal with it. She also said “everyone loves me so I don’t know what to tell you.” They know both my number and my boyfriends number and refuse to answer our calls. Kate, did not respond to any of our emails when we reached out for help. We have been treated and talked to awfully in the process of moving out.
